What changed
Many competitive-service announcements now expect a compact federal résumé — often two pages — instead of a long, unfocused document. The goal is a skills-and-evidence snapshot a reviewer can actually read. The announcement you are targeting still controls page limits, required documents, and how you submit.
A shorter page count is not a license to drop the facts reviewers still use: employer, title, location, dates, hours per week, and duties that demonstrate specialized experience. Federal anatomy is denser than a typical private-sector one-pager, not emptier.
What still must be yours
