Privacy

Peaklify provides a Federal Application Readiness Packet: job opportunity announcement (JOA) analysis, Career Fact Vault entries you submit, employment and education records, and AI-assisted drafting of a truth-bound résumé packet for your review. We process this information to fulfill your purchase and improve reliability.

What we store

• Account email and optional name
• Order and payment status metadata (Stripe session ids when used)
• Vault facts, employment, education, certifications you enter or accept
• JOA text you paste or fetch, generated analysis, gaps, and résumé drafts
• Attestation records and operational audit / email outbox logs
• Magic-link access tokens (stored as hashes only)
• A first-party campaign cookie (peaklify_attr, 90 days) that stores sanitized UTM source/medium/campaign/content from the first landing visit so a later purchase can be attributed to that channel. It does not store email, name, or other personal information, and we do not use third-party analytics pixels.

Retention and deletion

We retain packet data as needed to provide access and support. To request deletion or export of your data, email peaklify3@gmail.com. We will confirm and process reasonable requests.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Processors may include hosting, database, email (e.g. Resend), and payment (Stripe) providers under their terms. Operator access is limited to authenticated admin tooling.
